Alpine is a haven for those who love the outdoors. The town is bordered by the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests.

Hawley Lake is located at an elevation of 8,500 feet on the White Mountain Apache Reservation. The lake is rumored to have some of Arizona's best fishing including rainbow, cutthroat, and brown and brook trout. |
